Vinicius graduated with a BSc in Biotechnology from Federal University of Uberlandia (UFU) in Brazil. He also did part of his bachelor’s degree at the University of Western Australia in Perth for two semesters. He is currently working at SeqBiome as Laboratory Technician where he is responsible for DNA extraction and libraries preparing. Before that, he had similar work experience in Brazil, being part of Molecular Biology and Genetic Quality laboratories. He has a post-graduate certificate in Plant Breeding but also demonstrates strong interest with Next-Generation Sequencing.
