Microbiome Composition & Functional Profiling

Our team has extensive experience characterising microbiome composition, diversity, and function using both phylogenetic marker sequencing (16S rRNA, ITS, and other taxonomic markers) and shotgun metagenomic or metatranscriptomic approaches.
