“We partnered with SeqBiome on a multi-omics study investigating the gut microbiome and metabolome in Connemara ponies with Equine Metabolic Syndrome, where they were responsible for the integrative multi-omics analyses. Their team demonstrated a high level of expertise in handling complex, integrated datasets, delivering clear and biologically meaningful insights from both microbiota and metabolomic data.

SeqBiome’s ability to support and interpret multi-omics analyses was instrumental in identifying key differences between EMS and control groups, helping to advance our understanding of this condition in equine populations. The quality of their work contributed to a successful peer-reviewed publication in BMC Veterinary Research, titled Faecal microbiota and serum metabolome association with equine metabolic syndrome in connemara ponies. Throughout the project, they provided excellent scientific support and communication, making them a valuable partner for advanced research studies.”
